From Daytime Confidential: This Week in Daytime: Snubs, Lovers and Recasts: I choked at some of the people snubbed by the 37th Annual Daytime Emmy nominations. I realize there are only so many people who can be nominated in each category, not to mention sometimes less-than-stellar submission reels and backstage politics playing factors, but Stacy Haiduk, Alison Sweeney, Laura Wright, Maurice Benard, Sharon Case, Scott Evans, Brett Claywell and Ron Carlivati and the One Life to Live writing team all deserved nominations.

From TVGuide: "This is the second nip/tuck lookalike plot on Y&R right now. It has never been my favorite plot device but to the ever-loving credit of Stacy Haiduk [Patty/Emily] she has made it absolutely winning. She has gone to every limit, and has been incredibly brave. I think she has been strongly undermined by having a second character in Genoa City with the same kind of plastic surgery, and this is no reflection on Tracey Bregman [who plays doppelgangers Lauren and Sarah]. I perhaps flatter myself but I think the audience did roll with the Patty/Emily story. Then we had to sully it by trying it a second time. "

Stacy's on the cover of CBS Soaps In Depth again, this time with Eric Braeden (the website doesn't have the cover yet). It's the Sept 14-28 issue on stands now. There's a "Love May Save Adam" page that features a photo of Adam and MJ, and a four-page spread "Nowhere To Run" about MJ's options at this point in the storyline.
The very last page of the magazine has a badass photo of Stacy advertising next issue's visit in her home. This looks to be the shoot Brad sent us photos from a couple weeks ago. The next issue is on stands September 28. Can't wait!
The official YR site has a promo of MJ and next week's events on their site (thanks to AD82 for the info), there's another version on YouTube that reveals who'll fall in the water.
